We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. The information we collect includes Log and Usage Data — service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect, including IP address, device information, browser type, date/time stamps, pages and files viewed, and other actions you take.

We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources to enhance our ability to provide relevant services. This may include mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.

We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
As part of our Services, we offer AI-powered features including AI document generation (PDF import), AI insights, and AI applications. These tools are designed to enhance your experience.
How We Process Your Data Using AI. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreement with third-party AI providers. This ensures high security and safeguards your personal information throughout the process.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the start of the idle period of the user's account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. Opting out of marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us. You will be removed from marketing lists but we may still send you service-related messages.
Account Information
To review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, log in to your account settings. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, or comply with legal requirements.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
